In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item you can exchange the item within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. If a replacement for your item is not available you will be refunded in full for your order. Any return requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted.
How To Return Damaged Items & Unwanted items:
1) Contact Game Over Toys Support by Whatsapp Number: +965-60790938 within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery.
2) Please provide the following:
- A detailed explanation of the damage
- A photo or photos of the damage
3) When your return has been approved , we'll process a refund within 1-10 business days.

Collectibles: Funko - If you are attempting to exchange or return a Funko POP! Figure, here are some things you need to know. POP! Figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case.
ANY PRODUCT THAT IS SEALED AND IS OPENED CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Please be sure to provide the correct ship to address with your order. If an incorrect address is provided you will have to pay to have the item redelivered to the correct address or you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
